Dance Workshops

Inner Goddess, LLC offers comprehensive workshops in exotic (striptease), lap dancing, chair dancing, and pole dancing, booty poppin', hip hop, and bar top dancing ("coyote ugly" style). Workshops are held on a specific date and vary in length. All classes are open to women-only, 18 and up. For privacy, no spectators are ever allowed in class.

Basic Lap Dance Workshop

This workshop was developed by Rachel after she trained with several former exotic dancers. Rachel has also added a few spicy moves that she incorporates into this sensual, but fun, dance you can do for your partner at home. This routine is her husband’s favorite! 2 hour workshop.

Beyond the Basics Lap Dance Workshop

So you’ve learned the basics of lap dancing and you’re looking to spice up your routine even more?  Then this workshop is for you! In this workshop you’ll utilize two chairs to combine those spicy moves with a sensual chair dance that you can perform for your partner at home. 2 hour workshop. Pre-requisite: Basic Lap Dance

“Wild Girls” Lap Dance Workshop

Finally here due to popular demand! This workshop will give the adventurous an opportunity to learn the sexy tricks that the pros have learned from practice. You’ll notch up your routine and definitely impress your partner with your new skills! Come find out what I won’t teach the beginner level lap dancers – not for the faint of heart ladies! 2 hour workshop.

Pre-requisite – basic lap dance – preferably basic & beyond the basic lap dancing. Speak with your instructor to see if this workshop would be for you.

Strip Tease Workshop

This workshop will focus on basic strip tease moves. We learn how to incorporate a hat, gloves, a tie, and a man’s oversized button-down shirt into a sensual routine you can perform at home. 2 hour workshop.

Exotic 1 Workshop

This workshop is the Exotic 1 class crammed into one three-hour workshop. This class is perfect for those who do not have time for weekly classes. 3 hour workshop.

Chair Dance Level 1 Workshop

Remember the Pussy Cat Doll’s “Buttons” Video? We won’t promise you’ll be that good at the end of this 2 hour workshop but this workshop will teach you the basics for a fun and flirty chair dance. Designed for both beginners and experienced students who want to learn how to incorporate a chair into their routine. Bring a man’s oversized button-down shirt and a tie. 2 hour workshop.

Burlesque Workshop

In this workshop, we bring out our inner glamour girl as we learn to shimmy, shake, and strut like those famous burlesque dancers. This workshop provides a great work out while you learn hip bumps, grinds and pops all while you’re having fun

Basic Hip Hop Class & Workshop

Learn to move like dancers in music videos! Burn fat, increase flexibility, improve coordination and tone muscle through Hip Hop movements and dance combinations. The dance sequences are broken down into smaller parts and worked slowly at first so even beginners can do it! This class can help improve rhythm, footwork and coordination as well. No dance experience is needed! Come have fun and get a great workout in this Hip Hop dance class. The Hip Hop class is 4 weeks long and focuses on learning dance combinations that students put into into a routine to a specific song. The Hip Hop Workshop moves at a much quicker pace than the class, but gives students an opportunity to give hip hop a try and learn a few moves. Wear tennis shoes to this class please!

Bar Top Dancing, "Coyote Ugly" Style Workshop

Ladies, we know you've seen the movie, and have always wanted to give this a try (you might have tried it already!) In this workshop, our instructor will break down some dance combinations specifically designed to be done atop your favorite bar (or coffee table).

Booty Poppin' Workshop

Learn to shake and pop what your mother gave ya! This class focuses on combining hip hop moves and muscle isolations to make the most of your derriere. You'll have an incredible work out while learning to shake and pop along to the best rump shaking music we could find!

Master Pole Classes – Workshop Dates TBD

The master pole classes are for those girls who have made it to Pole Work Level 3 and want to start exploring even more complex moves on the pole. These classes will be taught by guest instructors who have been extensively trained and are well-versed in the art of pole dancing. Workshops will be held occasionally through out the year – dates will be announced.

Tribal Fusion Bellydance Class & Workshop

Bellydance is an ancient tradition for women, by women and has only recently been corrupted into a sexual stereotype. It was created for women to celebrate their bodies and prepare for childbirth - no men allowed! While bellydance has evolved over time and adapted new techniques and music, it still remains fundamentally a respectful celebration of the female body.

The beginner’s class will focus on posture, basic moves and simple choreography. Please wear comfortable clothing that you move in and bring a scarf to tie around your hips!

Zumba

Zumba eliminates the "work" from "working out" by combining amazing, irresistible Latin and international music with dynamic, yet simple exercise moves Zumba is a great workout, allowing participants to burn 600 to 1,000 calories per hour! Participants are constantly engaged and entertained with the variety of rhythms including salsa, merengue, samba, belly dancing, cumbia, flamenco, reggaeton, and more! Classes are taught by Zumba-certified instructor Jessie Lynn!
