Make-Up Policy
Inner Goddess Studios understands that due to schedules, vacations, work, etc that you may not be able to make it to every class. We strive to accommodate our students as best we can while also maintaining the integrity of our classes and keeping the amount of students in a class at the appropriate size. Therefore, the following make up policy has been put into effect:
Each student will be allowed one free make up class per session. In order to utilize your free make up class you will need to contact the studio at least 24 hours in advance to advise us that you will not be attending your regularly scheduled class time. Since many of our classes are full, advising us that you will not be attending could potentially allow another student trying to make up the chance to attend in your place. “No shows” are not offered make up classes.
If you do not attend the class you are scheduled to make up in and do not notify the studio 24 hours in advance that you will not be attending, you will lose your free make up class.
We will not “over book” a class. This means that if a sister class is full you may only make up in that class if a student calls out. This is to be fair to all students attending class.
If you need to make up more than your one free make up class there is a $10 fee for each additional make up class you attend.
